Vaccination - The New Dawn Of Victory

"When will the medicine for COVID-19 be invented? How long will we have to wait for discovery of its vaccine? How long will we have to suffer being in the clutches of the pandemic; Corona virus?"  These queries and many more like these topped the list on every mind and search engines in 2020; pointed out the honorable and respected member of Rajya Sabha Shree Rambhai Mokariya.

“The teeny but mighty; unseen but very powerful & invincible Corona virus came out of the blue threatening every life on earth without any disparity or discrimination. The loses became immeasurable and path to the silver lining looked like a distant dream”; Rambhai Mokariya.

 

But we did not give up. Trials after trials happened for the discovery of effective medicines. All the front-line workers left no stones unturned in fighting the battle against the pandemic together. The heinous virus once again brought the entire nation together although we were following the norms like social distancing.

The Government of India, the Government of Gujarat along with extreme cooperation of all the Rajya Sabha members ensured taking every possible effort in finding the battle of the 21st Century together. “This time we fought all together, without the missiles and guns but with mind, bravery and intelligence”; Rambhai Mokariya.

There were too many deaths, millions of people were being tested COVID Positive but nothing dominated our spirit because we were all determined to rise and shine!

The Government took steps like: complete lockdown, partial lockdown, curfew, night curfew so on and so forth. While the normal people stayed indoors trying to break the chain, all the front-line workers worked day in and day out rendering service to the people without caring about their own lives.

The entire 2020 was not lesser than a nightmare but there prevailed the hope; the hope to fight back and win.

 “Have you taken your 1st dose of vaccine? If vaccine safe? When will our turn come to be vaccinated? Which are the nearest Vaccination centers?" These became the questions of 2021 that replaced the previous ones. What a glory was the invention of Vaccine for COVID-19says the remarkable member of Rajya Sabha Shree Rambhai Mokariya.

The unwanted pandemic came out of the blue just like a bolt from the sky and came as a hindrance to the normal life and living. But the efforts of Government didn't go waste; vaccination came as the fruit of year long patience.

 “The dreams that had been turned into night-mares & the progressive journey of the nation that had gone in topsy-turvy direction; once again made a debut comeback with invention of COVID-19 Vaccine”; Rambhai Mokariya.

Thousands of people have sought after the invention of COVID Vaccine & it is no gimmick that “Vaccine is safe”. Vaccine is for all and vaccination is the only way to achieve herd immunity at the earliest. The vaccination drive organized and carried out by the government stood out being one of the largest vaccination drives that left behind every political intervention.

So the next time you act like a critic to the Government and political parties, make sure to remain humble. A little gratitude is expected despite your complaints and political rivals.

We all have the rights, the freedom of speech and expression but it should be remembered that every freedom comes with an array of responsibilities. The duty to act empathetic towards Government and the responsibility to extend support.
